    Quote requests a month

    A file upload counts when a customer attaches a file to one of your forms and it passes our security check. Files that fail the check don't count. Extra file uploads are off until you turn them on, are available on monthly plans, and stop at five times your monthly allowance.

    Every plan includes a monthly AI allowance for building and changing forms. Customers filling in your forms never use it. Need more this month? Top-ups start at $5, or pay as you go up to a limit you set.

    Do my customers need an account?

    No. They open your link, answer the questions, see your price and send. It works on any phone.

    Is the price a promise?

    It's your estimate, worked out the way you set it. Your form can say it's confirmed on a site visit, like the sample above does.

    Can I change my prices later?

    Any time. Edit the math yourself, or ask Operon in plain words. Every change is marked up for you to apply or void.

    Where do the requests go?

    Into your Operon inbox, marked New until you handle them, with an email to you as each one arrives. Export to CSV whenever you like.

    What happens when my forms reach the monthly file upload limit?

    Your forms keep working and customers can still send their answers; they just can't attach new files until your allowance resets next month. On a paid monthly plan you can turn on extra file uploads in Settings and pay a small amount per file instead. You'll see your usage in Settings at any time.

    What happens to my files if I cancel?

    Your forms, submissions and answers stay. File attachments are kept for 12 months after your paid plan ends, and we email you before anything is deleted. Reactivate any time before then to keep them.

    What does the AI cost?

    Each plan includes a monthly AI allowance for building and changing forms. The free plan includes enough to build your first form. Customers filling in your forms never use it.
